KAYAK - Victour's Recreational Hub - Sta. Fe, Alburquerque, Bohol, Philippines

Victour's Recreational Hub is located at Sta. Fe, Alburquerque, Bohol, Philippines. The hub offers a Kayak activity and a Kayak ride touring around the rivers of Sta. Fe and Tagbuane rivers.

Our first stop in our tour is the dead mangroves, wherein you can see the towering dead mangroves and a sand bar. As explained to us by our guide the cause of death of the mangroves is the enormous appearance of the sand surrounding the area. Mangroves natural habitat, roots should be exposed, the roots serves as the mangroves breather. When the sand covers the roots, the mangroves will now unable to breath thus mangroves dies.

On your way, we passed by the area where the town folks are making the process of producing the Buri broom and the end point in our tour is the Ka Joaquin. Where folkloric stories are being told by our guide.
