Messing around with NightFox's NDS library as well as libnds.

For my C++ final project this year, we have to "solve a problem" in technology. This is mine.
There are no good (read: not convoluted) ways to make NDS music with MIDI, especially not with the PSG channels, so I decided to make one. It converts MIDI to a text format which is then read by NitroFS and parsed into notes for the sequencer system to play. So far it supports pitch bend, panning, volume, and a custom ADSR envelope system similar to how ValleyBell does his PSG envelope handling for MID2SMPS. I just have to implement the noise channels and mod wheel and then it's done enough for me to use. Maybe I'll also make a visualizer on the bottom screen but that starts handling sprites and blegh.
