API keys are used with popular crypto tax or coin tracking software that we're integrated with. To create an API Key is simple takes a couple of minutes. Click the dropdown menu and select API key. If you're using the mobile app, tap the plus icon to the right of the heading. If you're using the website, click create a new API key at the top right.

You can then create, read & write, or read only keys. The app you're integrating with, should specify which one you need, but if you're uncertain, select read only. Then next you will then be asked for your 2FA code for security. Once that's confirmed, you can copy your API key and then paste it into your integrated app.

Once your API key is no longer needed, we recommend that you delete it from your account.
