This is a pretty easy recipe for making filet mignon in your Ooni Fyra. This method would work for any cut of steak. Be aware the cast iron pan will be extremely hot and you will need to take it in and out of your oven, so make sure you have a very good oven mit and somewhere to put down the cast iron pat that can handle the heat.

For the steak you'll need:
8 inch cast iron pan
Filet mignon
Salt
Pepper
Canola oil

For the butter you'll need:
Half stick of butter
Tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary
Tablespoon of finely chopped tarragon
1/2 tablespoon of finely minced garlic
