I think we found the best Hario Switch brewing method! It's simple and extremely flavorful!

15g coffee
250g water (heated to 203f or 95c)

Method:
:00 secs
Open lever and add 8g coffee
Pour 30g water and let bloom for 40 secs

:40 secs
Close lever and pour 220g water (the remaining water)
Add 7g coffee on top of water and agitate

Brew until 2:30 then swirl brewer and open lever
Finish brew time at 4:00
