Lois overhears Ned and Mac talk about bringing Sonny down. Lois confronts Ned about holding out on her. He argues he has the right to protect his future as Eddie Maine. Lois thinks that Sonny will be more apt to listen now that an official investigation has been started. She presses him again about selling his majority interest in L&B. He is not interested.
