In the last 3 months, we all had a chance to evaluate operational costs, measure our resources, and test our teams.

The questions all business face today are:
Is my team motivated enough to work from home?
Can I trust my team?

In the case of office workers, it all comes down to whether or not you have proper KPIs in place, how motivated your team is, and whether or not you want to become more efficient.
In any case it's great if you’ve used this time to make improvements to your business.
Because we don’t know if and when we all face similar challenges in the future.

Invest in digital solutions. Make sure your team makes the best use of their time.
Make sure your team stays as efficient working from home as it does from office. Smaller companies may use this experience to improve the work of their overseas branches.

Stay innovative, try to make your business more efficient and anti-fragile each day.
