SAUCONY RIDE 17 vs BROOKS GHOST MAX. The Saucony Ride and the Brooks Ghost are two very popular neutral daily trainers here in the UK. They've also just gone through two big updates with the Ghost getting a deeply cushioned MAX version and the Ride 17 getting a midsole update and it now features Saucony's PWRRUN+ foam. When I took both shoes out for their first run, I was impressed with the performance, so I thought it would be the perfect time to make a comparison video.
