• Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
• Soya sauce 1 &1/2 tbsp.
• Corn flour 4 tbsp.
• Egg 1
• Oil for frying chicken
Chicken Manchurian making :
• Oil 4-5 tbsp .
• Garlic chopped 1 tbsp.
• Ginger powder 1 tbsp.
• Green chili chopped 2-3
• Green onion 1-2 tbsp
• Capsicum cut in cubes 1
• Onion cut in cubes 1
• Salt 1 tbsp. or to taste
• Red chili powder ½ tbsp.
• Paprika ½ tbs
• Vinegar 1 tbsp.
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup
• Chili Garlic sauce ¼ cup
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Water 1 cup
• Water 3 tbsp. + corn flour 2 tbsp.
