McGraw, Antoinette Nwandu, K. Frithjof Peterson, Erin Phillips, Joseph Ritsch, Sarah Saltwick, Stephanie Swirsky, Yasmine Van Wilt, Hank Willenbrink, Deborah Yarchun.
The readings are performed by WordBRIDGE alumni from around the country including Charles Kartali, James Knight, and Michele Vazquez and virtual Q&A sessions with select playwrights.
The workshop production of Generous Company’s The Beholder’s Share is an ensemble devised one-act focused on the conversations between artists and beholders created by Rena Brault, Suzanne Coley, Rebecca Eastman, Alexei Kolesnikov, JD Sivert, Mike Vandercook, and David M. White.
There will also be art gallery and musical events challenging our ideas of art and perception. Artists include: Brian Baker, John Shea, and Mary Anne Arntzen. Musicians include: John and Brittany, and Stuart Lewis.
And lastly, there will be delicious hot and homemade Gumbo served every night, to warm the soul and add spice to the conversation.
Generous Company is a multidisciplinary collective that believes generosity is a cornerstone to collaboration and extends between artists and outward to audiences; that new works and new models are essential for the evolution of theatre; that production pressures and timelines can be a bugbear to innovation; and that how you work is just as important as what you work on. Generous Company is dedicated to developing and producing work in a supportive, collaborative and generous environment. Generous Company has produced WordBRIDGE Playwrights Laboratory since 2007.
