In today's episode of "The Great Ace Attorney 2" playthrough, we start our investigation regarding Daley Vigil, only for it to be cut short upon learning that Gregson's life has reached an all-time low.

Since we were told that Daley's the head warder at Barclay Prison, we pay the place a visit in the hopes of finding a lead or two. However, upon arriving, we encounter the governor, Barry Caiden, who has taken a page from Barok's book and isn't too keen on giving out information to a Japanese student and his judicial assistant. Though thankfully, this problem is resolved with a letter of introduction from Yujin, which in turn makes Barry all too happy to let us know some interesting information pertaining to Daley, such as how the man was fired from his head warder position a decade ago.
But before we can delve any further into the matter, our investigation is sidelined after we learn some shocking news pertaining to Gregson that's far worse than the exploitation that he's had to endure from Iris.
