"Being in the food industry, we get to see the misunderstandings and misguidance that comes from labelling. There's so many different things that are out there. There's sell by dates, there's expiration dates, there's best by dates. People don't understand what those things mean. Most people believe that if it says sell by, best by or expiration, you can't eat any of them. Well, that's not actually accurate."
