ArcheAge - Demonologist 3.0 - my best AoE farming build!

As some of you know, in Archeage 3.0 patch we recieved new skills and some of old skills were reworked. It became more difficult to regenerate mana efficiently without auramancy tree. But! I've found a working build of an AoE mage with high damage, self healing and mana regeneration build. It's demonologist - combination of occultism + sorcery for highest damage possible and witchcraft for health and mana gain. This became by best build for ArcheAge monster farming. I chose Dahuta's Garden locationbecause of chance for a seabreeze design drop but this spec will also work good in any other zone including library. It is my main build for gold making from larceny and valuable monster drops.
