This is the first episode in my upper body weight lifting challenge. This workout will really tone your shoulders, biceps, and triceps. The weights are meant to be light, so start small with 1, 2 or 3 lb dumb bells. I lift weights multiple times a week and have done this upper body arm workout multiple times a week. Enjoy and lean into the burn!
