¼ Yellow or Red Bell Pepper
1 Spanish Onion
1 cup Cilantro
1 head of Garlic
¼ tsp Cumin
½ tbsp Dominican Orégano
1 ½ tbsp Kosher Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup White Distilled Vinegar
2 cups Water
