This was taken very soon after the first section of the Toei Number-12 subway line opened (before they had decided on the name "Oedo Line") and the train only ran from Nerima (練馬駅) to Hikarigaoka (光が丘駅). In this video, I start from Seibu-Ikebukuro Nerima Station (西武練馬駅), from there I walk over to the #12 Line, and then take a train to Hikarigaoka. The name was changed to Oedo Line in the year 2000 (I think).
