Burnt cheesecake… one of my favourite desserts! Combined with the yummy earthy flavour of matcha, this cake is elevated to another level!


Ingredients:
* 685g cream cheese
* 150g sugar
* 4 large eggs
* 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 20g cake flour
* 15g matcha powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 360 ml heavy cream
