End of the Summer 2024 at Tempelhofer Hafen

Tempelhof is usually known for its famous airport, currently used as an entertainment and sports location. But this quiet area of Berlin, also used to have a port.

The old port - Tempelhofer Hafen, on the Alt-Tempelhof metro line - is also used for various entertainment purposes, hosting a small boats port and a big shopping mall, where the traces of the port are still visible. Ullsteinhaus, a red-bricked massive building hosting one of Germany´s famous edition houses, is watching the area with majestic indifference.

Regularly, here are organised various celebrations and open air events, particularly in summer, when everyone can stay until late enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
