Vidhi:

Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz ko sunehra hone tak bhunein.
Ab usmein tamatar, hari mirch, adrak lehsun ka paste, haldi, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder aur namak dal kar milayein.
Sab kuch acche se mix karke dahi dalen aur phir se mix karein.
Ab pani dal kar ek boil aane tak pakayein.
Jab salan garha ho jaaye, usmein basan ke bale dalen aur dhimi aanch par 10-15 minute tak pakayein.
Salan taiyar hai, ise chawal ke saath serve karein.
