Singin' in the Rain is one of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful film musicals ever made, but commercial success was not the story of one its stars - Debbie Reynolds.

Reynolds was bankrupted twice, had three failed marriages and her Hollywood career had faltered since her early fame. Jonathan Charles asked her how at 78 she was still able to keep the show on the road.
