Like a Mat class, but upright! We'll be on our feet for the entirely of this total body standing Pilates workout. Don't underestimate this one — it's a total challenge! We'll use light hand weights and a block to complete standing core, upper body, and lower body flows. We challenge balance and stability as we go. I loved this class!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Set of light hand weights/wrist weights (I'm using 2lbs)
—Yoga block (this is the one I use: https://amzn.to/3sXdGzC) - if you don't have a yoga block, a large hardcover textbook will work

If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach — and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
