•Milk - 1 litre
• Ice cubes
• For Thandai Powder
Almonds- 15-16
Cashew - 25 gm
Pistachio - 15-16
Poppy seeds - 1½ tbsp
Melon seeds - 1½ tbsp
Dry Rose Petals -1½ tbsp
Fennel seeds -1 tbsp
Green Cardamom - 4
Black pepper - 8-10
Cinnamon sticks

• For Thanday Syrup
Sugar- ½ cup
Water - 1 cup
Saffron
Yellow food colour ( optional )
Prepared Thandai Powder
