Michael B. Jordan's workout for Creed!! Michael B. Jordan wasn't the fittest guy back in the early 2010s but thanks to his trainer and long-time friend Corey Calliet he was able to get into amazing shape for his role as Adonis Creed in Creed! Michael B. Jordan's training and diet for Creed lasted for about a year and a half! Michael B. Jordan's training was intense! He would train 2-3 times 6 days a week! Doing a mix of boxing, cardio, and weights! Michael B. Jordan's might have even been a little too over the top! I'll tell you why in the video! Michael B. Jordan's diet for Creed was also not the best in my opinion. He did what most celebrities do when it's time to get into shape and he went on the classic chicken, broccoli, and rice diet! In this video, I'll be going over what I didn't like about Michael B. Jordan's training for Creed and I'll share with you a program that I believe would be much better if you want to look like Creed!
