IN2 Engineering and REJEN Architects are transforming a historic city centre property that's been vacant for more than 20 years with help from our Vacant to Vibrant capital funding.

They're establishing a creative design hub at the listed Tedford’s Sail Loft Warehouse on Donegall Quay, transforming the first and second floors into an open plan studio space for architects and interior designers, graphic and web designers, as well as providing a welcoming shop frontage to a maritime history interpretive space and coffee dock at ground floor level.
