Part 6: V8 model engine with rotary valve / Cylinder, Cylinderhead & Rotary Valve

In this video "Part 6" I will show you how the cylinder, cylinder head and the rotary valves are built and manufactured. The cylinder and cylinder head are made from one piece including a water cooling system. The goal was to have as few individual components as possible to avoid leakage. In this video I show very many details of my design and manufacturing. It's important to me that you guys know that it's a big effort to document them with pictures/videos and to present it on youtube. For me it's a hobby besides my regular work.

In diesem Video zeige ich euch den Zylinder, Zylinderkopf und die Walzendrehsteuerung. Zylinder und Zylinderkopf sind aus einem Stück gefertigt damit ich keine Zylinderkopfdichtungen verwenden muss. Klar, das ganze wurde dadurch in der Herstellung aufwändiger. Was hier sehr speziell ist, dass im massiven Zylinderkopf ein Wasserkühlsystem integriert ist. es ist das erste Video von mir, in welchem ich auch tief in die Konstruktion und die Herstellung blicken lasse.
