The barbaric nights or the first mornings of the world has its source in this immense and inescapable history of our Mediterranean basin. I choose here to share this path which testifies to my desire to go towards the other, towards the unknown against a topicality whose media machine which, playing on confusion, too often dictates the "us and the others, we the Civilized, and our neighbors, the barbarians” and where the etymological sense of the word “barbarian” often gives way to the pejorative sense and qualifies the one who, devoid of civilization and humanity, uses violence gratuitously.
