The Twins had redecorate the prison with more bridge and air place with elevators in the house by moving platform that able player can access the bridges on the hall place for chilling xD and that also changed about most in gameplay, other way to escape is now available on the third floor with completely private room need to access from main hall side only, be careful to walking on air bridges because you're just safety with the twins and granny but not with grandpa because he can shoot you on here, player is now can access the house by roof way to fourth floor but with a glitch that enemies AI completely disabled before you pass through the hall to active their AI, so you can explore here a bit before their AI work.
