How to Design a Deer and Rabbit Resistant Garden PLUS Tour a Pest Resistant Garden

I recently took a tour of the Noeremberg Memorial Gardens a public garden in Minnesota, and I was amazed at the lack of damage from deer and rabbits. I then realized that it was a garden designed specifically to be resistant to deer and rabbits. I made notes of the plants in this garden and how it was organized so that I could make changes to my garden to combat a problem that I am currently experiencing in my garden with rabbits. I also thought that it could benefit all of you, my garden friends. I have included a list of the plants below for you to consider when designing your garden.

Plant List
artemisia, baptisia, amsonia, coneflower, lavender, Joe-Pye Weed, mountain mint, nepeta, flag irises, peonies, Iron Weed, Carex Grasses, pennesetum, blue stem grass, bee balm, hyssop, allium both winter and summer variety, daffodils, snowdrops, snapdragons, dianthus, penta, panicle hydrangeas, basil, rosemary, cilantro, daylilies, zinnias, ageratum, hen and Chick, lamb's ear, Rudbeckia Hirta, most native plants.
