The 2024-25 season, marks the 40th year of the New England Brass Quartet (NEBQ). Over the years, the quartet has been been active in arranging works originally composed for other vocal and instrumental combinations. To date, more than 200 original arrangements from many periods and styles of music have been added to the NEBQ library. Included in this repertoire are works from ragtime, musical theatre, popular song, and classical music of all eras.

The NEBQ has performed extensively throughout the northeast, playing concerts, civic events, weddings, religious ceremonies, statue unveilings, birthday parties, yacht regattas and many other celebrations and events, appearing in over 160 cities and towns just in Massachusetts. Over the past 40 years, the quartet has appeared at The DeCordova Museum, the Clark Institute Outdoor Concert Series, the Springfield (MA) Music at First Church Concert Series, the Annual J. P. Barger Holiday Concert at Old Sturbridge Village, and at venues from the Worcester Centrum to Holy Cross College to Boston's Copley Place. The group has toured internationally, including a European concert tour that featured performances in Munich, Lucerne, Paris, and London.
