He points out that Tharoor lacks the organisational legacy and grassroots experience that are crucial for leading a party like the Congress.

According to Sudhakaran, while intellectual ability and international exposure are important, political leadership also demands deep organisational experience, which Tharoor is yet to fully acquire. The Congress leader stresses that capability alone is not enough in politics.
