It also mentioned fitness for a particular purpose. The item in question was a commercial mower which implies this question had to do with products liability.

That is a wrong conclusion.

If you dig deeper into the question you will notice that the word ‘contract’ is mentioned 5 times. This is your trigger word.

This is a contract question.

How do I know? I’ve been studying torts questions for 35 years and they all have 6 patterns to learn. Not one time does the word ‘contract’ appear.
