If your microwave is blowing a fuse or tripping a breaker when you open or close the microwave door it likely has a bad door switch or multiple bad door switches. My Whirlpool WMH53520CS-5 above the range microwave was blowing a fuse and tripping the breaker when we would open or close the door. Rather than continually replacing the fuse I decided to replace the 3 door switches. It only took a couple of hours and $20 to buy the switches online and to buy a new fuse. This fixed the problem!
