Our team at Rebecca Adventure Travel tried our new Day Tour! In this action-packed biking tour through the Cloud Forest, we will ascend by car to the foothills of the Pichincha Volcano. From this point, you will bike on a secondary dirt road while cruising past landscapes of colorful mountains, farms and local homes. You will get to witness the real Ecuadorian life as, most of the time, you will see farmers working alongside the road and cows leisurely grazing. You will descend into the cloud forest, where the warm air streams of the Pacific meet with the cold winds of the Andes creating a hugely biodiverse area. You will have lunch along the riverside before taking a stroll through the local hummingbird sanctuary. Afterwards, we will return to Quito.
