Metronome Weather Wars - Groudon vs Kyogre

The titans of land and water engaging in a contest. The rules are as follows: Both Pokemon can only use random moves. One round consists of two battles - one with sun as the active weather and one with rain. The rounds keep getting repeated until one side wins both battles of a single round. That side is declared the winner.
