There’s a common belief that working on your mindset or inner life means you’re relying on yourself instead of God. In this video, I gently challenge that idea and talk about why renewing your mind, growing intentionally, and becoming disciplined can actually be an act of obedience to God.

This isn’t about “new age” thinking or self-worship.
It’s about aligning your thoughts, habits, and heart with God’s will; and allowing Him to transform you from the inside out.
