How to set up a schedule in DIKIDI to start using online booking and keeping an appointment journal?

A work schedule is needed to set up working hours, for your or your employees. Select the days and add opening hours ⏰

You can select all days by clicking on the specialist icon in the left field. Similarly, you can select days of the week vertically (for example, only Mondays). Or highlight specific days and change the schedule there.

In DIKIDI you can also set up Fixed time and Optimal time features:

🔑 If you want to choose specific hours or days of the week for online booking you can activate the Fixed time feature
🔑 The Optimal time function is a smart mechanism to select optimal free time, which allows you to book online only at the "right" time. It takes into consideration the most popular duration of booking time and by this, divides staff working hours into parts.

Also, you can disable online booking for specific services or specialists and add an unreliable client to a block list so they can't book online 🙅
