I catched it yesterday on my first time.
1) buy Shrimp(Bait) at the Public Market ( Ryukyu)
2) Start fishing. If there is no fish icon near the 150m mark, cancel and start fishing again.
3) Once you get a fish icon near the 150m mark, use your Shrimp Bait, cast the line and prepare to press X really fast as soon as the Tuna bites.
4) If the Tuna moves left, you move left. If he moves right, you move right, Hold R1 while you steer left/right. If the tension gets to high, carfully use L1 a bit.
