Jasper County Sheriff Earl Vance is driving south through Mango Park when he is pulled over by a policeman. As Captain James Porter approaches the vehicle, Sheriff Vance informs him that he is a police officer and if he could just let him go. As Captain Porter questions the Sheriff, he realizes this is the same man who threatened and attempted to arrest him a few months back. When confronted with this realization, instead of apologizing, Sheriff Vances attempts to flee the scene. Unfortunately for him, his escape is thwarted by Captain Porter.
