Homeward Bound 30th Anniversary Screening Panel at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood

This panel was recorded on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood before the 30th Anniversary film screening of Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey (1993). This was a one-night-only ticketed event, open to the public. Hosted by Jonathan London, participants in the panel included director Duwayne Dunham, producer Jeffrey Chernov, animal coordinator Joe Camp, head cat trainer Tammy Maples, and cast members Robert Hays (Bob), Benj Thall (Peter), Veronica Lauren (Hope), and Kevin Chevalia (Jamie). Composer Bruce Broughton was also in attendance. Actors Jean Smart (Kate) and Sally Field (Sassy) were not in attendance, but provided taped messages (not included on this video). The director, cast, and animal trainers discussed their memories of making the film, behind the scenes stories, never before revealed anecdotes about the star animals, and the possibility of a Homeward Bound 3!
