Northern Telecom developed the "Imagination" series of telephones in the late 1970s and sold them to telephone providers worldwide.
This is a late-model Athena telephone with all the bells and whistles. A light in the cradle, programmable speed dial numbers, a little privacy drawer to store saved numbers, ringer volume switch and a touchtone/pulse switch.
