Join us and a LA County Museum of Art (LACMA) Teaching Artist in a creative storytelling children’s workshop, with a live story reading from a LA County librarian of "Giant Steps to Change the World" by Spike Lee and Tonya Lewis Lee, brought to life through a variety of expressive art activities centered around the theme of Civic Engagement and focusing on an art piece by Shepard Fairey. For kids. This live event was recorded on January 22, 2021.

Materials you will need:
- White paper (multiple sheets)
- Pencil
- Coloring materials (markers, crayons, coloring pencils, etc.)
- Glue
- Scissors
- Colored paper
- Collage materials (patterned papers, paper bags, newspapers, magazines, ads, recycled wrapping paper, stickers, colored tape, etc.)
