平時我坐船都會很常聽兩個podcast,分別是 Vitamind 和 the way out is in ‪@plumvillageonline‬ on Spotify.
這兩個podcast 都有提供guided meditation 可以指引我們放鬆自己,從雜亂的情緒中平靜下來🦋🌿
Vitamind 提供廣東話、普通話的guiding ,the way out is in 是英文內容來的!但每次在podcast 最後的5-10分鐘也會有一個guided meditating ☘️ 我有時除了放鬆自己,也在聽the way out is in 來學英文🤣📻

I often listen to two podcasts while taking boat rides - vitamind and the way out is in.

These two podcasts offer guided meditations that can help me relax and calm down from my cluttered emotions. 🦋🌿

Vitamind provides Cantonese and Mandarin guiding, while the way out is in has English content. But in the last 5-10 minutes of each episode, there is always a guided meditation session. ☘️ Sometimes, apart from relaxing, I also listen to the way out is in to practice my English. 🤣📻

I‘m grateful that these two podcasts have been by my side during my emotional storms. 🌿🌿
