The drive to Tagibilaran follows the coast road past Guindulman, Jagna and half a dozen smaller towns. Tagbilaran City with it's Crazy Traffic, lack of traffic control systems can be challenging. My first time driving in Tagbilaran City. No road rules here and they have the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car
