Ward Officers are the Nodal Officer for slum upgradation work and he/she should ensure that the work is undergoing properly and on time with proper coordination between the SDAs and ULB Officials. Any deviation or concerns could initially be reported to the ward officers by the SDAs.
JAGA Coordinators are responsible for overall management of the slum upgradation and JAGA Mission related works in all the slums of the ULBs.


This video is prepared as part of capacity building of slum dwellers association (SDA) for strengthen their skills and decision-making ability. Janaagraha has partnered with Govt. of Odisha in implementing its state-of-the-art initiative JAGA Mission and closely working to develop the participation of the slum dwellers in slum upgradation works.
