📝NOTES:
KCC Stage 2 we are using Windwitch with a few Lyrilusc counter included in the deck namely Raging Storm Dragon to negate direct attack and also negate effects, this disables Nightingale multiple direct attack effects and no damage effect, next we got Hagoita that can tribute itself to increase the lvl of all monsters currently on the field by 1 this stop Lyrilusc xyz summon, unfortunately we cannot revive Hagoita from GY because of the skill restriction.

I also included Kitedrake that can destroy all cards on the field or negate opponents monster effect but unfortunately it's not that consistent to get out as it requires a Machine type tuner which we only have 2, Carturbo(3) and Piper(4) You can add Wynn the Wind Channeler to search these cards by discarding 1 wind monster.

I also replace Lance with Mst because of Book of Eclipse non target flip that affects all monsters(also Needle Ceilding) and usually opponent will use it before you can even synchro summon and Lance can't really protect all my monsters so it might be better to destroy a backrow.
