Małgorzata tells us how she learned the tools of effective communication, setting up the first public speaking Toastmasters club in the Tricity.
Sometimes you need to state the hard facts whilst sometimes you just need a little support from family and friends to break that barrier.

Małgorzata is the founder of the first public speaking Toastmaster's clubs in the Tricity.
From 2012 she has been an advisor to the Dean of studies in the Economics department at the University of Gdańsk. She works as a project manager and is interested in implementing new technologies in the business environment. She lectures at the University of Gdańsk on the subject that 'Happiness is not an accident'.
