2008 Malegaon blast case: MCOCA charges dropped against Lt Col Purohit

A special National Investigating Agency (NIA) court ruled that Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Lt Col Prasad Purohit and six others will stand trial on stringent terror charges in connection with the Malegaon blasts in 2008.
