Rowdy was a stray who came into an animal shelter in California. He was so unusual looking that no one wanted to adopt him but Christie saw his potential for the silver screen. He began to learn movie dog basics and it turns out Rowdy is a natural for acting on screen. With this new lease of life Rowdy began auditioning and caught his break on Nickelodeon being the star of 100 Deeds For Eddie Mcdowd.
