How to paint a Tiger eye in acrylics | How to paint fur in acrylics

In this tutorial I'll show how to paint a Tigers eye and fur in acrylics. Everything that goes into a painting relies on layers. From the base layer to the final details the stages a acrylic painting goes through is key. The brush technique, which brushes to use, how to layer, glazing colour are all crucial in creating a realistic painting. The main emotion and expression starts at the eye so things such as shading and lighting are vital in replicating the 3D sphere shape. We can spend hours on an eye if we wanted but if the surrounding fur isn't correct and layered right then that can impact the eye overall. I speak about each of these things in this video and I really hope it's useful =). These tips and techniques can be transferred across to other eye acrylic paintings.
