The Redi Ganpati Temple is located in Redi village at Vengurla taluka of Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra. The Redi Ganapati Mandir at Redi is located 30 km from Vengurla.
The Redi village is a part of South Konkan which is close to the border of Maharashtra and Goa. It’s a very well known temple and many tourists visit this temple during their Konkan tour.

After an investigation it has been found that the God Ganesh statue was made by the Pandava during their rule. The statue is approximately 6 ft in height and 4 ft in width. The Ganesh idol is in a sitting position and is Dwibhuja (two arms) as compared to the rest of the idols which are generally Chaturbhuja (four arms).
